If you intend to send us a sample to test, please download and fill in our request form. There you can declare what you would like to have tested.
If you are unsure please feel free to contact us.

To use the request form, either click on the link below opening the PDF in you browser and print from there. Alternatively you can right click on the link below and choose the option “save target as” to download and use the request form locally. However we will periodically update our request form as new tests emerge.
